We are as close as your nearest phone or computer. Simply call 800-233-5211 or use our contact form to email us. Whether you are looking to sell a second home, rental property, land/acreage or commercial/development tract, we are here to assist you.
2. A LRA broker will meet with you, view the property, gather information, perform a price analysis & provide you with necessary listing agreements and proper disclosures to protect your assets.
3. Review and return all paperwork.
The initial paperwork may be a bit overwhelming. There are many details we must outline in order to become familiar with your home. We would be happy to schedule an appointment to assist you when completing the paperwork.
4. Sit back and let us do the work!
Once we have received your signed contract our staff will move quickly to enroll you home into our program. Photos will be taken by our staff photographer for our website. Your complete 360 degree virtual tour will be completed for addition to our website. Your property will be syndicated across the internet and in the local MLS system within 3 days. Other marketing services start soon after.
