M & M Candy is a sweet vacation spot with panoramic views of the Atlantic and the Topsail Beach shoreline; the story book beach cottage lifestyle.
As you enter arrive at M & M Candy, you will find ample parking underneath and in the driveway, sure to accommodate all the family.
In the front yard, you will be pleased with the park type fixed charcoal grill, sure to cook those steaks and burger up! The deck and stairs on the side of the home provides direct access to the home and the oceanside.
Once entering the property from the deck, you are greeted by the first ocean front bedroom complete with television, access to the deck, queen size bed and twin.
Within easy reach across the hall, you will find one of the two full bathrooms.
At the end of the hall, you will be greeted with the bright airy feeling of the living room & kitchen area, complete with ocean front views!
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven and all the smaller kitchen items needed for that perfect fresh seafood meal. The dining table seating six even allows for ocean views!
The living area features 2 sofas and a love seat complete with tasteful lighthouse and nautical theme. The living area also features the 37 inch flat panel television complete with digital & expanded channels. Direct access and panoramic views of the beach are also found in this airy cottage space.
On the opposite side of the living area you will find 2 more bedrooms and a full bath. The ocean front bedroom features a queen size bed, flat panel television and direct access to the oceanfront deck.
The third bedroom features two single beds, perfect for the little mateys.
M & M Candy also has the convenience of full size of a walkin laundry room with full size washer/dryer.
Out on the ocean front deck, you will find a picnic table for the most beautiful views ever while eating along with several rockers begging to be read in. There are also other type patio chairs on the deck for plenty of seating.
Up to three furry friends are invited as well (pet fees apply, dogs only).
M & M Candy is full of coastal personality, beautiful views and beaches and sure to be a favorite spot for your family year after year.
