You will be amazed just how close the ocean is to this home. Situated on the second row of an unbuildable oceanfront (except for the lone house that remains standing after all these years) the beach is your oyster! Continuing on through the house, you will come to the kitchen, fully stocked with all the essential equipment and tools necessary to keep you cooking on the beach! Down the hall on the right hand side will be the second bedroom. This room has a Double Bed, dresser and large closet. On your left you will find the first bathroom, a full bath with tub/shower.

At the end of the hall is the Master Suite. A delightful treasure is the oversized Jacuzzi built for 2! The Master Suite is equipped with a Queen Bed, Dresser, separate bathroom with shower, closet and a private deck. There is still one more treasure to be found… the master bedroom deck has stairs that lead to a private 3rd floor observation sun deck, providing unexpected views of the Surf City Canals and Ocean.
